These Terms of Service govern your use of the Chi Dog website and the booking of any dog training, walking, sitting, or boarding services provided by Rebecca Hughes trading as Chi Dog.

Services

Chi Dog provides force-free dog training, enrichment walking, overnight house sitting, doggy day care, and luxury dog boarding services in South West London (Battersea, Chelsea, Clapham, Wandsworth, and surrounding areas).

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• Payment is due as agreed upon booking confirmation unless otherwise stated.
• We accept cash and bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will not incur a charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a charge at our discretion.
• For overnight sitting and boarding, a 50% deposit may be required and is non-refundable within 7 days of the booking start date.

Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information about your dog's behaviour, health, and medical needs prior to booking.
• You are responsible for ensuring your dog is up to date with vaccinations and flea/worm treatments as recommended by your vet.
• Any aggressive or dangerous behaviour not disclosed prior to booking may result in immediate cancellation of services.

Limitation of Liability

Chi Dog holds full public liability insurance and is Pet First Aid & CPR certified. While every reasonable care is taken, Chi Dog shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pre-existing health conditions not disclosed by the client.

Force-Free Policy

Chi Dog uses only force-free, positive reinforcement methods. We do not use choke chains, prong collars, e-collars, or any aversive training tools. By booking our services, you agree to this methodology.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
